Necessity of constant instrumental blood pressure monitoring is one of the inalienable parts of the such diseases’ prevention and therapy. In this article digital blood pressure meter for research purposes using digital filtration is proposed.
One of the activities of the research center for “Energy Saving Technologies and Smart Metering in Electrical Power Engineering" is research work on the use of electronic devices and systems of intelligent power distribution, produced by Analog Devices and equipped with the accurate energy consumption measurement feature. The article focuses on the development of the analyzer of quantity and quality of electric energy.
The main part of the analyzer is a metering IC by Analog Devices ADE7878, designed for use in commercial and industrial smart electricity meters. Such counters measure the amount of consumed or produced electric energy with high accuracy and have the means of remote meter reading.
SEMICONDUCTORY MATERIALS AND INSTRUMENTS
In this paper we consider a model of the thermoelectric system for the thermal effect on the human forearm. The model is implemented on the basis of numerical solution of differential
equations of heat conduction for bodies of complex configuration. Two-dimensional and onedimensional graphs of the temperature change in different zones of the object of exposure are
given.
We have researched the thermoelectric power of electronic antimonide indium with n=21014 cm-3 in a transverse magnetic field up to 7 kOe in temperature intervals from 4.8 K to 120 K. The thermoelectric power is found to be independent from the energy field at the temperature close to 56 K.

The article considers the possibility of numerical solution of two-dimensional problem of unsteady filtration in an inhomogeneous elastic liquid reservoir. The problem of finding the distribution of the pressure p(x,y,t) in the process of exploitation of deposits is reduced to the solution of a differential equation of parabolic type with variable coefficients. The problem is solved approximately by using the method of finite differences.
