Abstract
To handle the threaded holes in hard materials made of marine machinery, operating at high temperatures, heavy loads and in aggressive environments, the authors have developed the combined tool core drill -tap with a special cutting scheme, which has an asymmetric thread profile on the tap part. In order to control the average diameter of the thread of tap part of the combined tool was used the method three wires, which allows to make continuous measurement of the average diameter of the thread along the entire profile. Deviation from the average diameter from the sample is registered by inductive sensor and is recorded by the recorder. In the work are developed and presented control schemes of the average diameter of the threads with a symmetrical and asymmetrical profile. On the basis of these schemes are derived formulas for calculating the theoretical option to set the wires in the thread profile in the process of measuring the average diameter. Conducted complex research and the introduction of the combined instrument core drill-tap in the production of products of marine engineering, shipbuilding, ship repair power plants made of hard materials showed a high efficiency of the proposed technology for the processing of high-quality small-diameter threaded holes that meet modern requirements.

The article describes the design of the heat sink on the basis of a multi-stage thermoelectric device implements a method for removing the heat of transformation of the environment by means of radiation through the use of Gunn diodes, which will increase and intensify the processes of heat transfer and energy efficiency of cooling systems.

Abstract
In this paper the mathematical model of the rectifier AC voltage, built on the basis of thermoelectric energy converter. The model is divided into three main parts, including the calculation of inflow and outflow of heat to the junctions of the thermoelectric structure and calculation characteristics directly thermoelectric converter. Obtained plots, reflecting the basic properties of the thermoelectric rectifier AC voltage.

Abstract
The device for thermal impact on separate zones of a hand of the person executed on the basis of thermoelectric converters of energy is considered. The advantages consisting in high environmental friendliness, noiselessness, reliability, functionality, universality are noted it. The technique of carrying out medical (preventive) physiotherapeutic procedures, the hands of the person consisting in contrast thermal impact on a site with various level of heating and cooling, and also lasting expositions is described.

Abstract
In this article we review the results of theoretical and experimental researches for revealing the possibility of using local dehydrated slate clay as a temperature- resistant component in the process of making of foam-silicate-sodium compositions. The influence of silicate-block’s module, dispersion and the heating temperatures of the mixture on its solubility have been studied for this purpose. Besides here there were brought the results of research work concerning the influence of the heat treatment temperature and anhydrous silicate of sodium content on shrinking processes of foam compositions with the addition of small porous filler or without it.

Abstract
The article considers the creep and creep deformation analysis technique in fine-grainedcellular concrete with consideration for carbonation and assurance requirements for the repairing properties and seismic stability. The procedure for determining the creep of fine-grainedcellular concrete is proposed with account of its carbonationby atmospheric carbon dioxide. It has been found theoretically and experimentally that the proposed technique allows obtaining reproducible results and can be recommended for creep determination of fine-grainedcellular concretes, including repairingones, taking into account their carbonation.

Abstract
This article proposes a design of the modular stage for the air-cushion service platforms. With the help of the modular stage and service platforms it is possible to carry heavy machinery from the outdoor territory of the plant into the workshops and mount it on the prepared basement. Two possible designs of automatic valves are suggested. Results of some tests of the prototype of the modular stage are included.

Abstract
The article analyzes the resource base, reserves and the use of siliceous rocks, their economic feasibility of the use for production of building materials of new generation with low-energy and other costs. Presented are the results of laboratory research and testing technology of production of insulating foam from a composition based on an aqueous solution of sodium silicate obtained from the local siliceous rocks (diatomite) and the liquid alkali component - soapstock, hardener from ferrochrome slag and waste carbonate rock able to harden at a low temperature processing ( 100-110 ° C).
