Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

Author Guidelines

The author is to submit the scientific paper, arranged according to the standards of the journal. The editors reserve the rights to edit the incoming materials. The author is to guarantee the editors that the material submitted hasn’t been published before.

The article will be authenticated by means of corresponding reference databases and web-service Antiplagiat. Authors aren’t allowed to send the same research paper to several publishers. Authors are to use relevant sources, which are thematically related with the subject of the research work.

Authors contributed to the research (its reference analyses, data collect, their interpretation, statistical analyses, etc.) are to be listed. The author in charge (the one to be connected with in case of any publishing matters) must make sure that all the authors have read and approved the final variant of the copy of the research work to be published.

In case the author(s) found fundamental errors in the work represented, they must immediately notify the editor.

Authors are to provide the following information:

1. The file with metadata, i.e. full name, degree, scientific rank, position of the author(s). full name, degree, scientific rank, position of the author in charge who is to connect with editors in Russian and English.
2. Official name of the institution where the author(s) works(work) in Russian and Standard English.
3. Mailing address for correspondence with the indication of the postcode (in Russian and English). Phone, Fax (with code of country and city), e-mail.

4.Full title of the article sent to the editorial office in Russian and English.
5.Note the section for the article

Date of the article sending.

Elements of the title that must include:

1. UDC/ LBC
2. List of the authors (divided by commas, initials after surnames in Russian and English).
3. The title of the article in Russian and English
4. Abstract (100-250 words or 850 symbols) reflecting the main idea of the article in Russian and English.
5. Keywords - 5-10 words or word combinations, reflecting the main idea of the article, divided by commas in Russian and English.
6. Every element of the title is to be typed from new line the left alignment.

TimesNewRoman 14pt, justified alignment, First line 1,25, line spacing 1.

Requirements for list of references:

It must be titled as List of References

Every reference with the number in a separate paragraph must be arranged according to Federal Standard 7.1-2003. Bibliographical description of the document. Introduction 01.07.2004. М.: The editorial board of standards, 2004. List of references must include from 20 to 30 items, you may list only those references that you cite to in the article (references to not published works aren’t allowed). List of references must be translated into English. References to materials posted on electronic media are allowed at the worst. The editor reserves the right to require the author to replace the links if at the time of processing the article to the address the material will be missing.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

1. The manuscripts are accepted if has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
2. The materials should be prepared in a format OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or World Perfect.

3. Internet links are provided as a complete URL. 

4. Text should be typed with an interval of one line spacing, font Times New Roman, 12 pt; to highlight the accents it is recommended to use italics rather than underlining (except Internet links). All images, graphics and tables are placed within the text according to the meaning of the particular part of text  (and not at the end of the document).

5. Text should follow the stylistic and bibliography requirements as stated in  Regulations  located in the Part "About Us." 

6. Please, remove the authors' names from the title of the article and other parts of the document to ensure the  anonymity of reviewing.

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:

1. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
2. Specified when registering the names and addresses will be used solely for technical purposes of a contact with the Author or reviewers (editors) when preparing the article for publication. Private data will not be shared with other individuals and organizations.
