Abstract

Objective. The aim of the study was to create modern, effective finishing materials with high performance, physical, mechanical, and environmentally friendly properties.
Method. Methods for shaping the strength of composite building materials with a multicomponent structure were used.
Result. The introduction of polymer additives improved the key strength parameters of the material: flexural strength increased by 10-15 times, and compressive strength increased by 5-7 times.
Conclusion. The introduction of highly effective modifying additives increases the durability of materials by specifically altering their internal structure. Installation compounds produced using modified polymer carbonate binders are characterized by high plasticity and improved workability. The adhesion properties of the material can be improved by incorporating polymer components such as carboxymethyl cellulose.
