Despite enormous number of works of theoretical and experimental character, the problem of classification of the phenomena of loss of stability of construction designs on groups of limit conditions neither in theoretical nor in practical the relations completely isn't solved yet and itremains an attractive, complex and actual problem of construction mechanics.
