Исследование проблем, связанных с разработкой рецептур самоуплотняющихся бетонов.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы</title><p>Методы. В основу получения самоуплотняющихся бетонов положено использование эффективных современных модификаторов, улучшающих реологические свойства бетонных смесей и способствующие повышению его физико - механических показателей, и тонкодисперсных минеральных порошков природного происхождения. Особое внимание уделяется заполнителю, приведены результаты получения фракционированного заполнителя, полученного смешиванием крупного Алагирского и мелкого Червленского песка.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Исследованы цементы различных производителей, были выделены наиболее оптимальные из них, это портландцементы ЦЕМ I 42,5Н «Чеченцемент» и «Новоросцемент». Щебень применялся из гранит-диабазовых пород фракции 5-20 мм, который приобретался для испытаний из РСО-Алания. Разработаны рецептуры самоуплотняющихся бетонов, характеризующиеся интенсивным набором прочности бетона в ранние сутки его твердения: в возрасте 7 суток RСЖ бетона достигает до 80 % от проектной прочности.</p></sec><sec><title>Вывод</title><p>Вывод. Результаты проведенных исследования в этом направлении показали, что сырьевой потенциал СКФО позволяет получать самоуплотняющиеся бетоны класса В 25 до В90 и выше для монолитного строительства, в том числе и высотного.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. The paper considers the issues associated with the development of formulations of self-compacting concrete.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. The basis of the preparation of such concrete is necessary to use effective modern modifiers that improve the rheological properties of the concrete mix and promote enhancement of its physical - mechanical parameters, and fine mineral powders of natural origin. Particular attention is paid to aggregate the results of obtaining graded aggregate obtained by mixing large and small Alagir Chervlensk sand.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Cements studied various manufacturers have been allocated the most appropriate of them, it is Portland cement CEM I 42,5N «Chechensemen» and «Novoroscement». Crushed granite was used from diabase rock fractions of 5-20 mm, which was purchased for testing of the RNO-Alaniya. Developed formulations self-compacting concrete, characterized by an intensive set of concrete strength in the early days of its hardening: at the age of 7 days RSZH concrete reaches up to 80% of project strength.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
