Проанализирована этиология возникновения неврологических заболеваний, обусловленных стрессовыми ситуациями и другими признаками технического прогресса.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы</title><p>Методы. Изучены методы физиотерапевтического воздействия на организм человека, применяемые в терапевтической неврологии и являющиеся наиболее приоритетными ввиду безопасности и неинвазивности.</p></sec><sec><title>Результат</title><p>Результат.Обоснована необходимость использования термоэлектрических преобразователей в терапевтической неврологии. Предложена конструкция полупроводникового термоэлектрического устройства для массажа с подробным описанием принципа работы. Отмечены достоинства разработанной конструкции устройства, состоящие в высокой экологичности, бесшумности, надежности, функциональности, универсальности. Составлена математическая модель локального температурного воздействия (криотермоапплиации) и приведены результаты численного эксперимента.</p></sec><sec><title>Вывод</title><p>Вывод. Доказаны возможности сочетания в устройстве функций механического массажа, нагрева, охлаждения и магнитного воздействия.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. The etiology of neurological diseases caused by stress situations and other signs of technological progress is analyzed.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. The methods of physical therapy effects on the human body used in therapeutic neurology, which are of high priority because of safety and noninvasiveness are investigated.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results.The necessity of using thermoelectric converters in therapeutic neurology is proved. The design of the semiconductor thermoelectric device for massage with the detailed description of the working principle is suggested. The advantages of the developed design of the device are pointed out, consisting in high environmental safety, noiselessness, reliability, functionality, versatility.
