Целью исследования является определение степени развития различных видов микроорганизмов и воздействия их на физико-механические свойства бетона.</p></sec><sec><title>Метод</title><p>Метод. Оценка возможности бетона служить субстратом для различных видов биодеструкторов проводилась с помощью определения влагопоглощения и рН водной вытяжки бетонных образцов.</p></sec><sec><title>Результат</title><p>Результат. Экспериментально установлен механизм воздействия различных микроорганизмов на бетон. Определен таксономический состав наиболее агрессивных к бетону микроорганизмов. Проведена оценкавлияния биообрастания на физико-механические свойства бетона.</p></sec><sec><title>Вывод</title><p>Вывод. Результаты исследования служат основой для грамотного подбора наиболее эффективных методов антикоррозионной защиты бетонных конструкций, эксплуатирующихся в биологически агрессивных средах. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. Determination of the degree of development of various types of microorganisms and their effect on the physical and mechanical properties of concrete.</p></sec><sec><title>Method</title><p>Method. Assessment of the possibility of concrete to serve as a substrate for various types of biodestructors was carried out using the determination of moisture absorption and pH of water drawing of concrete samples.</p></sec><sec><title>Result</title><p>Result. Experimental mechanism of action of various microorganisms on concrete is established. Taxonomic composition of microorganisms most aggressive to concrete is determined. The impact of biofouling on the physical and mechanical properties of concrete was assessed.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
